Ugoszcz [ˈuɡɔʂt​͡ʂ] (Kashubian: Ùgòszcz, German: Bernsdorf) is a village in Gmina Studzienice, Bytów County, Pomeranian Voivodeship, in northern Poland. It lies approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) south-east of Bytów and 76 km (47 mi) south-west of Gdańsk (capital city of the Pomeranian Voivodeship).

From 1975 to 1998 the village was in Słupsk Voivodeship.

It has a population of 740.
